"I wanted to say thanks for doing a fantastic job, rescuing us when Jamie resigned only a few months out from Conference. You rapidly got on top of what is really 3-4 related events rather than just a conference i.e. – a trade exhibition and bus display, a conference, and a couple of medium sized conference dinners with just a wee bit of entertainment. I appreciated that you turned your hand to whatever was needed and continued to push to sign up more buses and trade stand right to the end, even when your focus needed to be on other details. And as well got your head around the exhibitors requirements which are not always straightforward for someone from outside of the industry. You did an awesome job and the whole event ran more smoothly and more professionally than I could have hoped. A big 10/10, and that is a top score from someone is isn’t generally convinced of the value PCO add! And it was less stressful, fun to organise oh and I think we have done better than break even."
